Breathe bodyART for Cystic Fibrosis with Master Trainer Aida Palau and the NYC bodyART team is an annual fitness fundraising event benefitting Renaissance Pilates Owners’ 11 year old nephew, Stanley Zolek and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

100% of the proceeds will benefit the organization in hopes to find a CURE. This year, the chosen class is an energetic fitness concept called bodyART™. bodyART™ by Robert Steinbacher is an intense holistic, functional and total mind and body workout which combines strength, flexibility, cardio and breathing.

*Registration is promptly at 9 am.
*Please bring a yoga mat, water and sunglasses!
*$25 minimum donation based class.
